WELCOME TO FROG HOLLOW
Hello..... Welcome to Frog Hollow. My name is Kenny Simmons, I live, manage and guide trips here on our private river section that runs through the family farm. My real job and profession is photographer/videographer. My goal here is share my passion of fly fishing with you.
As a world traveled fly fishing junky, I can honestly say here at Frog Hollow we have some of the best trout fishing in the world. Our breath taking scenery and secluded peace of heaven runs along the beautiful Chestatee River near Dahlonega, just located at the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains. Our clear natural spring fed waters host the perfect conditions for holding a high concentration of quality trophy trout, with a waterfall and deep long runs, loaded with rich natural food that produces a variety of colorful trout.
My job here is to manage the fishing calendar, events and do my best to encourage and maintain a high number of quality trout to hang out in our area. It makes me very proud to see a good number of quality trout call Frog Hollow home especially those in the 24” to 30” range.
Frog Hollow is fly fishing only, barbless, catch and release only. We limit the river to one client/group at a time to assure privacy. Our river access has easy to moderate accessibility. Strictly catch and release and barbless hook only.
